The next five
photographs are close-ups of typical symptoms of PPV in 'Encore'
peach as first identified in Adams County, Pennsylvania in 1999.
Since every effort has been made to eliminate PPV-infected peach
trees in Pennsylvania, many of the symptoms shown may no longer
be available as a reference since those trees have now been destroyed.
This fruit showed
obvious yellow rings on the red skin background at harvest.
